 Domestic Delivery Information

Signature is not required on delivery, so if you are not home at the time of delivery your parcel will be left at the safest location deem fit for the mail carrier.

If you do not want your package left, you can contact USPS and provide your shipping details to request a pick up or schedule a time for delivery.

Processing Time

Processing time is different from shipping time.  Please allow 1-5 business days for processing. This is an estimate.  This does not include weekends or holidays.

Processing time is not the same as delivery time. Excludes holidays/weekends.

Shipping

We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays). At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Sunday or holidays.

Following the processing of your order, you will receive an email notification of these details, followed by your tracking details for shipments. 

Processing time may be delayed if your shipping address is questionable and or order is flagged as a risk (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).  We may require proof of identification for the billing information received.

Once you have placed your order we can not revise or alter shipping options. 

   
PO Boxes & APO/FPO or U.S Territories

We do accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories.  These will ship via USPS only.  Any orders requiring express shipping methods will require a physical delivery/shipping address.  You will be contacted for this information, if you do not supply it and this may cause further delays. 

Tracking:

It is best to create a customer profile to keep track of your order.

 Note: All shipment methods come with tracking. However, Express Mail requires a  signature at delivery. 

If you do not live in a secure location please be wise about the shipping method you chose as standard mail couriers will not require a signature and packages will be left and any "secure" location deem fit to the mail carrier. 

  • We are not responsible for lost packages in the mailing system. 
  • We are not responsible for incorrect address entered by you as the customer.
  • A restock fee will be charged if you do not claim your item and it is returned.  The charge will be 20% of the total charge per item.

Separate packages

  • In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:
  •  Certain items may be on backorder
  •  Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office
  •  Different designers/warehouse location (we work from multiple warehouses to bring you the best selections at affordable prices)
  • There will be a tracking number for each package
  • Express Shipping Options: Please note that due to availability some items may not be available to ship express, this goes for orders of 3 or more items. Customer will still be responsible for express shipping for items that did ship express.

At Cyandcy, we want all our girls to be completely in love with their purchases! 
However, we understand that online shopping doesn't always go to plan, so these simple steps and tips are here to help.
By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding returns of your purchase.

How to Return

Returned orders must be approved by us. Email us returns@cyandcy.com with your reason for return and your order number. Do Not return items prior to a return approval. We approve returns within 1 hr of your email being sent.

The return can then be sent to the following address:

Our Returns Policy 

- We do not offer refunds, instead for returns we can issue Credit Notes.

- Items must be received back at HQ within 7 days of first receiving the parcel, including faulty products.

- Items must be received unworn, unwashed and with all tags & original packaging (i.e. shoe boxes) intact. 

-All sales on sale items are final.

- We do not accept returns on cosmetics, earrings or undergarments (bras/underwear) for sanitary reasons.

- We do not accept returns on swimwear for sanitary reasons.

- Return shipping is to be covered and paid for by the customer.

 

Credit Notes

- Credit notes are valid for 12 months time from the date issued.

- Our team will inspect the return upon arrival and reserve the right to refuse the return if it does not meet the conditions. The item will then be returned to the sender.

- Credit notes are only to be used for our online store, not in our retail stores.

 

Exchange

- If you would like to make an exchange please email us.

- Due to the popularity of our range we cannot guarantee that we will have the requested size in stock to exchange.

- Any exchanges requested will automatically be issued as a Credit Note (see above).

 

 

Processing Time

- We process all of our returns within 2 days of receiving your items.

- You will receive an email with your return approval information when the return has been received and inspected.

- Domestic returns by regular post can take about a week, while express post should take 3 days. International post can take up to 2 weeks to arrive.

 

Faulty Item

- Please email returns@cyandcy.com if you believe your garment has a fault and we will handle this with the highest priority.

- Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund.
